and construction oversight. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Environmental

Science and brings a disciplined, enterprise-level perspective to guiding the firm’s growth and

long-term vision.

His professional background encompasses environmental planning and permitting, project

design, construction monitoring, waste site inspections, and land use and natural resource

studies. After beginning his career as an environmental consultant, Andrew helped establish the

firm and assumed the role of President in 2012. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in

shaping the company’s strategic priorities, strengthening its technical capabilities, and advancing

a culture of accountability, quality, and regulatory excellence.
