James Flynn
Engineer Department Head
James is the Sr. Engineering Manager for Hunt Valley Environmental and possesses over 30 years of professional experience delivering complex transportation and infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland.
Throughout his career, Jim has worked on numerous bridge, interchange, and design-build projects, providing technical leadership from planning and design through construction support. He is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Jim also serves on the North Huntingdon Township Planning Commission, contributing his expertise to local land use and development decisions.
