Michael is a Senior Environmental Project Manager with more than 30 years of combined professional experience in environmental planning, permitting, and watershed management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Business Administration.
He previously served as Environmental Planning and Permitting Manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and as an Erosion Control and Watershed Specialist for the Westmoreland Conservation District. Mike is currently serving his second four-year term as Councilman for the Borough of Mt. Pleasant, bringing valuable public-sector insight and
community-focused leadership to his role with Hunt Valley Environmental.
